The Art of Curative Eurythmy

  • Taruna College 33 Te Mata Peak Road Havelock North, Hawke's Bay Region, 4130 New Zealand (map)

The Art of Curative Eurythmy is a weekend retreat dedicated to the practice of curative eurythmy, offering participants an immersive experience of this therapeutic movement art over three days. Beginning with a public lecture with Dr Richard Drexel, the programme moves into a rhythm of guided eurythmy sessions, generous breaks, and reflection time allowing the healing effects of movement to be felt, integrated, and deepened. Structured around the body's own need for rest and renewal, the weekend supports participants in experiencing salutogenesis: the active cultivation of health from within.
